Radiant Logistics isolates its Canadian operations after detecting an intrusion

Compiled 2026-09-27 from public records. By the cisonews.net Desk.

Radiant Logistics, a third-party logistics provider, disclosed on March 20, 2024 that its monitoring tools had picked up the early stages of a cybersecurity incident in its Canadian operations on or about March 14. The company walled off the Canadian business from the rest of its network.

The filing

Radiant said the isolation step and the incident together caused service delays for customers in Canada.

The company expected recovery to be largely finished within about a week and said operations in the United States and elsewhere continued without disruption. It had not determined that the incident was reasonably likely to materially affect its finances.

What Radiant did not say

The filing does not describe what kind of attack it was, whether any data was taken, or which systems in Canada were involved. The log holds no amendment for this incident, so those points remain as the March 20 filing left them.
